SWALAAT

According to Al Qur’an!!!

Introduction:

The word Swalaat appear 97 times in Al Qur’an (The Reading) in all its derivative and 58 times with the exact word SWALAAT, but there is no place referring to the Swalaat that Islamic Sects* are performing nowadays.

Note*:  Islamic sects are those who has broken THE COMMANDMENTS OF ALLAH, when several places in Al Qur’an, we are commanded not to form any sect.  Reference:  23:52-54, 30:32, 42:13…

Also, there is no place in Al Qur’an where sects like Sunnat Jamaat, Tabligh Jamaat, Tawhid Jamaat, Salafi Jamaat, Shia Jamaat etc are mentioned, but the mentioning of MUSLIM, MUKMIN, MUHSININ, AS SWABIRINE etc.

Swalaat that Islamic sects are performing nowadays are based mostly from books of hadith and opinions of traditionalists**!

Note*:  Hadith books are books such as Bukhari, Muslim, Tirmidhi, Abu Dawood, Ibn Majah ( for Sunnite) and Kafi, Man la Yastuhdirahul Fiqah, Taghdib, Najhu’l Balaghah (for Shite) etc.  And those books began to appear about 200 years after The Prophet Muhammad, ALLAH’S messenger death.  There are 318 places in Al Qur’an mentioning the word Kitaab (Book) in all its derivatives, but there is no place referring to receive guidance in those hadith books.  Those books are full with contradictions, (that’s why there’s contradictions in their way of performing Swalaat etc), lie against ALLAH’S prophet, (such as he married a 6 years old child while he was 50 years!!!, and that he was illiterate and to justify this, they wrongly translate the word UMMY from Al Qur’an etc), full with Christianism concepts (such as Jesus, the messenger of ALLAH, will return!! Verify Al Qur’an 21:34 etc), non scientific facts (such as ‘Black Seed’ is a remedy for all deceases, then why they don’t use black seed to cure cancer and AIDS?  Even when they got fever, they do not use black seed, but they buy medicine from the pharmacy), lie against ALLAH (such as ALLAH will laugh and will appear as full moon in paradise! Etc).  Verify our Encyclopedy (hadithinvention.synthasite.com) for refutations of those Hadith books…

Traditionalists **:  When we questioned the leaders of Islamic sects (traditionalists) about those contradictions found in their hadith books, they replied that this is not contradictions, but its just divergence to justify their inventions!  So, better know that neither contradictions nor divergences came from ALLAH THE ALMIGHTY, but from their inventions!!  Verify Al Qur’an 4:82.

They will certainly say that their Swalaat are not based from those traditionalists, so question them:  Where in Al Qur’an or in their hadith books it is mentioned to say the azaan in loud speakers??!!   Answer:  NOWHERE, It is just the opinion of those traditionalists!

If there are modifications in their call towards Swalaat, then it is not strange that there are modifications in their Swalaat also.  And of course, for certainty there are many modifications in their Swalaat!!  At the same time when we will introduce Swalaat mentioned in Al Qur’an, we will prove the mistakes, modifications and inventions in the Swalaat of those traditionalists.

Chapter 1: AL QUR’AN

Al Qur’an: 18:54

“And indeed We have put forth every kind of example in this Qur’an for mankind, but man is ever more quarrelsome than anything.”

Al Qur’an: 6:114

“Shall I seek a judge other than Allah while it is He Who has sent down unto you The Book explained in detail?...”

Al Qur’an:  6:38

“…We have neglected nothing in The Book…”

Al Qur’an:  16:89

“…And We have sent down to you The Book as an exposition of everything, a guidance, a mercy, and glad tidings for those who have submitted themselves as Muslims.”

Al Qur’an:  2:2

“This is The Book whereof there is no doubt, a guidance to those who are Al Muttaqeen.”

Al Qur’an:  2:85

“… Do you believe in a apart of The Book and reject the rest?...”

Al Qur’an:  17:9

“Verily, this Qur’an guides to that which is most just and right…”

Al Qur’an:  17:89

“And indeed, We have fully explained to mankind in this Qur’an every kind of similitude, but most mankind refuse, disbelief.”

Al Qur’an:  25:30

“And the Messenger will say:  O my Lord! Verily my people deserted this Qur’an.”

Al Qur’an:  27:1

“…These are the verses of Al Qur’an and a Book clear.”

Al Qur’an:  85:21

“This is a glorious Qur’an.”

There are 86 places in Al Qur’an where the word Qur’an is mentioned in all its derivatives, but there is no place where it is written that we will receive guidance in any other books besides the books that ALLAH has revealed.

Chapter 2:  THE IMPORTANCE OF SWALAAT

Al Qur’an:  74:41-43

About Al Mujrimun; “what has caused you to enter hell?”  They will say:  We were not of those who used to offer Swalaat.”

Al Qur’an:  23:1-2

Successful indeed are the believers.  Those who offer their Swalaat with solemnity and full submissiveness.

Al Qur’an:  70:34-35

And those who guard their Swalaat well, such shall dwell in the Gardens honored.

Al Qur’an:  19:31

…Swalaat and zakaat, as long as I live!

Al Qur’an:  24:37

Men who neither trade nor sales divert them from the Remembrance of ALLAH, or from offering the Swalaat perfectly…

Al Qur’an:  4:162

… Those who offer Swalaat perfectly and give zakaat and believe in ALLAH and in the Last Day, it is they to whom We shall give a great reward.

Al Qur’an:  9:71

The believers, men and women….they offers their Swalaat perfectly; ALLAH will have his mercy on them.

ALLAH advised the Prophet to perform Swalaat during night and day (Al Qur’an 17:78, 11:114) and those who have faith, they will accomplish Swalaat regularly (Al Qur’an 4:103), and ALLAH’S commandment is always universal and the same: AQIMIS SWALAAT.

Chapter 3:  WHAT IS THE MEANING OF SWALAAT?

Prayers are the best spiritual practice that exists.  Even scientists recognize this fact.  All religions worship their fake gods.  Did ALLAH the only GOD commanded us in Al Qur’an to worship HIM??  Without any doubt, HE commanded us to worship HIM which is known as Swalaat.

Here are some proofs from Al Qur’an that Swalaat mean Prayer/ Worship/ Communication:

  • Al Qur’an:  24:41

Whosoever is in the heavens and the earth, and the birds with wings outspread, each one knows indeed his prayers and his glorifications.  Here you will see that Swalaat do not mean fold the hands or perform salaam (turn the neck), as the birds do not fold the hands or perform salaam (turn the neck).

  • Al Qur’an:  2:238-239

And if you fear (an enemy etc), pray on foot or riding (horse, camel and nowadays mechanical transport).  Muhammad, ALLAH’S messenger did not ride his horse standing while saying takbir, touching the ear lobes, fold the hands, recite Surah Fatiha; but he was performing Swalaat (Prayer) to his RAB while riding his horse!  So it is clear that there is not only one way of performing Swalaat.  This is why everywhere in Al Quran ALLAH command us AQIMIS SWALAAT, but do not command us an exact way to perform it.

Chapter 4: THE CALL TOWARDS SWALAAT.

Calling towards Swalaat in Al Qur’an is known as  NOUDIYA

Proof:

Al Qur’an:  62:9

“YA AYYOUHA ALLAZINA AMANOU IZA NOUDIYA LISSWALAAT MIN YAUM AL JUMUAH…”

“O you who believe!  When the call is proclaimed for the prayer on the day of Friday…”

Chapter 5:  PURIFICATION BEFORE SWALAAT

Al Qur’an:  5:6

“YA AYOUHA (O YOU) ALLAZINA (WHO) AMANOU (HAVE FAITH) IZA (WHEN) QOUNTOUM (YOU WILL STAND) ILA (TO) AS SWALAAT (OFFER PRAYER) FA-AGHSILOU (WASH) WOUJOUHAKOUM (YOUR FACES) WA (AND) AYDIYAKOUM (YOUR HANDS) ILA (TO) AL MARAFIQHI (THE ELBOWS) WA (AND) AMSAHOU (RUB) BIROU-OUSIKOUM (YOUR HEADS) WA (AND) ARJOULAKOUM (YOUR FEET) ILA (TO) ALKAGHBAYNI (ANKLES)…”

Here is the purification before Swalaat (Prayer) according to Al Qur’an:

TO WASH:                       1.  FACE

                                      2.  HAND TILL ELBOW

TO RUB (MASSA):             3.  HEAD

                                       4.  FEET TILL ANKLE

We will not add or subtract anything in this because we cannot pretend to know more that ALLAH.  And certainly the messenger of ALLAH also did not pretend to know better than ALLAH…

We have been instructed to perform this purification before performing Swalaat, but not to any other spiritual practice such as As Swiyaam (fasting), reading Qur’an etc (explanation concerning the reading of Qur’an is another chapter).

This purification is a purification for our physical body.  And this ayat (5:6) continue explaining to us other moments when we use water:   1.  Purification before As Swalaat (above).

                                                           2.  Purify yourself when you are dirty, such as:

                                                          3.  After answering the call of nature.

                                                          4.  When you have been in contact with women.

This ayat is complete in itself concerning the purification of our physical body before As Swalaat.  And those who asked:  If our hand is dirty, shall we come directly to wash our face?  There is a big difference between washing and dirtying the face.  Learn this difference first then they will get their answer.

Chapter 6:  BEST CLOTHINGS AND ADORNMENTS FOR SWALAAT

And remember also to clean one’s cloth (74:4) and of course, the clothing of righteousness is better (7:26).  Also, prayer is our best moment in our life because doing so we are not standing before the most important person in the world but before THE CREATOR of the Universe, so we will have to wear our best clothings and adornments (7: 31,32).

Chapter 7:  DIRECTION FOR PERFORMING SWALAAT

Wherever you turn yourselves you will face ALLAH!!! (Ref: 2:115).  Nowhere in Al Qur’an where Masjid Al Haraam is mentioned, Swalaat is also mentioned!  It is only in their modified translations that there is Swalaat in brackets!  Masjid Al Haraam was a Central Administration House (Fortress etc) at the time of Muhammad, the prophet of ALLAH [verify (2:114, 149, 150, 191, 196, 217), (5:2), (9:19, 28), (17:1), (48:25, 27)]

Chapter 8:  NUMBER OF DAILY SWALAAT

Everywhere in the Qur’an ALLAH say:  AQIMIS SWALAAT, but there is no place where AQIMIS HAMZA SWALAWATA KOULLI YAWMIN (perform swalaat five times EVERYDAY) or AQIMI SALASA SWALAWATA KOULLI YAWMIN (perform swalaat three times EVERYDAY) is mentioned.

Performing Swalaat five times daily comes from hadith books where they narrate us a mythology and a more lie about The Prophet:  According to a sahih invention, The Prophet Muhammad traveled at the speed of light to meet ALLAH, another sahih invention say that ALLAH shook hands with The Prophet, another say that there was a veil between them, Bukhary (Ref: 97/27, 10/129) say that ALLAH shown his leg to The Prophet.  SAHIH NONSENSE!

Afterwards ALLAH gave The Prophet to perform Swalaat fifty times daily as a gift.  Then, neither ALLAH nor The Prophet realized it but Prophet Mussa made the prophet Mohammad to realize that fifty times Swalaat daily is not practicable.  So, The Prophet returned to refuse ALLAH’S gift and then negotiate with ALLAH several times until ALLAH reform his gift to the prophet by reducing it to 5 swalaat daily.  Most of this history came from a religion called Zoroastrian where Arda Viraf traveled to meet Ahura Mazda.  Zoroastrian came from the same country as Bukhary, and also, to perform five times swalaat daily came from the same religion.  Bukhary took all these from this religion and attributed it to The Prophet and wrote them in his hadith books which nowadays we do not know who have attributed the title Sahih with it!

ALLAH spoke with Prophet Mussa and we have the proof in Al Qur’an (20:14).  But if Prophet Muhammad really traveled to meet ALLAH in person, wouldn’t we have this proof also in Al Qur’an?!!

Now we’ll prove in Al Qur’an that Swalaat existed much before Prophet Muhammad the messenger of ALLAH.

Swalaat from Prophet Adam (Al Qur’an 19:58-59)

Swalaat for Prophet Ibrahim and his lineage (Al Qur’an 14:40)

Swalaat and zakaat for Prophet Lut, Ishaq, Yakub (Al Qur’an 21:71-73)

Swalaat and zakaat for Prophet Ismail and his family (Al Qur’an 19:54-55)

Swalaat for Prophet Mussa (Al Qur’an 20:14)

Swalaat and zakaat for Prophet Isa (Al Qur’an 19:31)

Swalaat for Prophet Shuaih (Al Qur’an 11:87)

Swalaat for Prophet Luqman and his son (Al Qur’an 31:17)

Swalaat, zakaat, roukou, (to bow) for Bani Israil (Al Qur’an 2:40-43)

Those Traditionalists will try to justify their misconception and will tell you that these Swalaat are other types of Swalaat, but when you will study Al Qur’an (20:14), you willll see that ALLAH has directly order the same commandment to Prophet Mussa and always the same for all humanity;  AQIMIS SWALAAT.

Definitely the Swalaat we perform at dawn is called Swalaat al Fajr and at night Swalaat Isha (24:58).  But there is no place  in Al Qur’an where AQIMIS SWALAAT AL FAJR, WA SWALAAT AZ ZUHR, WA SWALAAT UL ASR, WA SWALAAT UL MAGHRIB, WA SWALAAT UL ISHA KOULLI YAWMIN is mentioned.

What is better; a person who performs Swalaat five times daily with laziness just for the seeing of people or another one who performs Swalaat once daily but with all his love and sincerity for his Creator???

What is better; a person performing twenty rakaat with laziness, thinking about money, blackmailing ALLAH or another person who perform only one prostration to Allah with love and sincerity?

Of course, the more swalaat, the more inclinations, and the more prostrations you make with sincerity for ALLAH the better you will become in the sight of ALLAH!

Will you say that Al Qur’an is not clear???  We will mention what is mentioning everywhere in Al Qur’an: AQIMIS SWALAAT!!!

Obviously it is those hadith books and Divisionist that limited and conditioned As Swalaat to suit their own desire.  They have also put times where we cannot perform Swalaat, such as: during sunrise and sunset and during midday.  This is pure paganism dear brothers and sisters and this does not have any support in Al Qur’an.  These are not resting times for ALLAH and neither we worship the sun, ALLAH’S glory manifests and he hears us 24 hours over 24 and for all times.

“Whenever you want and how many times you want to perform prayers, you can do it!!!” But surely you will have to do it as only unclean ones neglect their prayers”

Therefore the answer to the number of daily swalaat is: UNLIMITED

Chapter 9:  LANGUAGE FOR PERFORMING SWALAAT

All prophets without any exception performed Swalaat in their own languages.  There is no place in Al Qur’an mentioning that we must perform Swalaat in Arabic language only.  Al Qur’an 4:43 put emphasis upon us to understand what we are saying in our Swalaat.  Certainly we can perform Swalaat in our own language as ALLAH understands all languages.

Chapter 10:  PLACES FOR PERFORMING SWALAAT

Here are the places from Al Qur’an where we can perform Swalaat:

In Al Mihrab (Al Qur’an 38:21, 19:11, 3:37&39), in your home (10:87), wherever you go (4:101), in the mosque but not those who create division (9:107&108), but rather in the mosque who invoke ALLAH ALONE (72:18).

Chapter 11:  TRADITIONALIST’S SWALAAT AND THEIR GROSS ERRORS

  • Swalaat is our communication with ALLAH.  Whatever we are saying during Swalaat is our direct communication with ALLAH. Traditionalists read Al Quran during their Swalaat.  In Al Qur’an ALLAH command us not to make shirk, not to kill any innocent human being, do not steal etc!!  .  They go towards ALLAH in their Swalaat and they say to ALLAH: “Do not make shirk, Do not kill any innocent human being, Do not steal” etc:

In Al Qur’an it is clear that Swalaat and reading Qur’an is two different things (proof Al Qur’an 29:45, 17:78)

  • They say that they perform Swalaat exactly the same way as Mohammad, the prophet of ALLAH did.  Here is a proof that the Swalaat they are performing nowadays have not been performed by Mohammad, the prophet of ALLAH:  They say in their Swalaat: ASSALAMU ALAIKA AYYUHAN NABI; I send peace upon you O Prophet.  How is it possible that ALLAH’S prophet said that “I send peace upon you O Prophet” when he was himself the Prophet?!!  So, it is clear that the Swalaat they are performing nowadays have not been performed by Mohammad, the prophet of ALLAH!

  • They forbid women from performing Swalaat during their menstruation, but when we study Al Qur’an 2:222 we will see that ALLAH has only forbid us not to have any sexual intercourse with women during their menstruation period, but no place where ALLAH prevent them to perform Swalaat or to fast (As Swiyaam) during their period.  It is none other than complications from their hadith books (books who are not confirmed by Al Qur’an) and from those traditionalists.  But when a woman dies during her menstruation period, they do perform Swalaat Janaza for her!!!

  • In Al Qur’an only Swalaat is mentioned, but those traditionalists say that there is Swalaat Farz, Swalaat Waajib, Swalaat Sunnat, Swalaat Sunnate Muakada, Swalaat Nafil, Swalaat Kaaza, Swalaat Witr etc.  Again we’re saying:  Only Swalaat is mentioned in Al Qur’an but not their inventions complicating THE DEEN OF ALLAH!

  • Al Qur’an (17:110), Do not perform swalaat too loudly nor too silently, but in between them!  Those traditionalists broke this commandment and perform Swalaat in loud speakers when performing swalaat in loud speakers is not confirm by Al Qur’an and even not in their hadith books, and again traditionalists invention!

  • Al Qur’an (5:6),  When we finished answering the call of nature, we use water and wash the unclean parts and then we make ablution by washing our faces, hands till elbows, rub (massa) the heads and feet till ankles before performing Swalaat.  We can see that it is logical and is scientifically acceptable.  Those traditionalists say that:  “When you fart, both your ablution (wazou) and your Swalaat in annulled.  They also say that we will have to do ablution and perform swalaat again.  Even if you almost finish your prayer you fart again, your Swalaat is annulled again”.  Dear brothers and sisters, where is logic in all these?!!  What is the best for us; to follow Al Qur’an (5:6) or to follow traditionalists’ inventions blindly?!

  • Swalaat Zohr 1hr, Swalaat Asr 4h30 etc, where did this came from?  In the Prophet Muhammad era, the 24 hours clock did not exist?!  They will say that ALLAH’S messenger was performing Swalaat based on the sun.  But when there was no appearance of the sun in cloudy or rainy weather conditions?!  Justifications, justifications, justifications…  But those who live in North Pole, those who long everyday for the appearance of the sun?!  Justifications, justifications, justifications…

  • At the end of their Swalaat they turn their head and say:  ASSALAMU ALAIKUM WARAHMATULLAH (Peace and ALLAH’S blessings upon you).  Who are the YOU for whom they are sending peace?  As always, to justify, they will say that it is for those persons performing Swalaat on their right and on their left.  But when we perform Swalaat alone??!  And as always, to justify this time, they will say that it is for the angels!  Do they perform Swalaat for ALLAH or for the angels?!!  On the contrary, it is the angels who use to send peace on us and not us to send peace on them as they are already in peace!

  • THERE IS MANY MORE MISTAKES!!!

Chapter 12:  THE WAY OF PERFORMING SWALAAT

In Al Qur’an ALLAH do not say that this way of performing Swalaat is right and this way is wrong, but rather emphasized on sincerity (Al Qur’an 107:4, 8:35, 4:142).  We can perform Swalaat standing (3:39), prostrating (13:15), bowing/ inclining (2:43), and also kneeling down (24:41) etc.  It is important to be clean (5:6), know what we are saying (4:43) and therefore preferably performed in our own language as did all the messengers, sincere (4:42).  We can glorify ALLAH (20:130), seeking HIS helps (2:45), thanking HIM (67:23), asking to HIM directly (2:186), and asking HIM forgiveness (71:10) …

Chapter 13:  SPIRITUAL POWER OF SWALAAT

Al Qur’an:  3:39

Angels was calling Zakaria while he was standing, performing Swalaat in Al Mihrab…

Al Qur’an:  3:37

Maryam was having her food provisions from ALLAH while performing Swalaat in Al Mihrab…
